Coverage & Responsibility

As a distributor, Storage-Accessories acts solely as a middleman between suppliers and customers. All products sold on our platform are covered under the supplier’s warranty. The terms, conditions, and duration of the warranty are determined by the supplier and will be stated on the supplier’s invoice.

Warranty Start Date

The warranty period generally begins on the date indicated on the supplier’s invoice. However, if there is a discrepancy between the purchase date and the actual delivery date, the delivery date may be used to define the official start of the warranty period.

How to Claim Warranty

If you need to request a warranty service, you must contact the supplier directly. We do not process warranty claims, repairs, or replacements. To facilitate your request, we recommend keeping a copy of your invoice and delivery confirmation.
