Shipping Conditions and Terms

Goods are not delivered until payment has been received and confirmed. Orders are processed in 24-48h if items are all in stock.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Right of Withdrawal and Product Returns

At the time of delivery, the customer must ensure that they receive the correct number of packages and that the products are in good condition. If the delivered product(s) do not conform to the specifications stated on the delivery note or have been damaged during transport, the customer must complete the delivery note with clear reservations and report the transport damages to Storage-accessories by email and registered letter within 72 hours to: AgileBio LLC, 5060 Shoreham Pl., Ste 320 San Diego, California 92122, United States. The customer must then return the product(s) to: AgileBio LLC, 5060 Shoreham Pl., Ste 320 San Diego, California 92122, United States. The customer will be contacted by Storage-accessories and the product(s) will be redelivered free of charge if it is available.

Under the provisions of the Truth in Lending Act (15 U.S.C. § 1635) and in accordance with section 224.8 of the Federal Trade Commission's Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, individual buyers have a period of seven business days from the date of delivery to request a refund of the product(s) they ordered from the seller. The right of withdrawal is exercised by email and registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to: AgileBio LLC, 5060 Shoreham Pl., Ste 320 San Diego, California 92122, United States. The customer must then return the product(s) to: AgileBio LLC, 5060 Shoreham Pl., Ste 320 San Diego, California 92122, United States. The cost of returning the product(s) is borne by the customer. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and accompanied by all accessories, user manuals, and documentation. This right of withdrawal is not available to professionals (or any order placed in the name of a company or delivered to professional premises, regardless of the payment method). However, Storage-accessories will only accept the refund of products if all of the following conditions are met:

 

1.       the return of the products must be made within the time limits prescribed in the first paragraph of this article, with the date on the delivery note being the reference.

2.       the product must be returned in its INTACT original packaging.

3.       the product must not have been used.

4.       Any returns must be sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, otherwise the loss of the products during the return transport cannot be taken into account. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been deteriorated will not be refunded or exchanged.

 

The product(s) returned with postage due or cash on delivery will be refused. The refund of the product(s) after return will be made as soon as possible and will be based on the good faith of the situation. The shipping costs of the order are not refunded. A processing fee of 8€ will be retained on the refund.
