Deep-Freeze RFID Labels for Plates designed for reliable identification and tracking of microplates stored at low temperatures (63.5mm x 6.1mm). These RFID-enabled labels combine visual printing and UHF RFID technology for efficient plate tracking with LabCollector. Rated for deep-freeze environments from -80°C to +110°C. Ideal for high-throughput laboratories, biobanks, and research facilities.
Improve plate identification and inventory control with Deep-Freeze RFID Labels for Plates. These labels are specifically designed for microplates, Petri dishes, cell culture plates, and high-throughput PCR and qPCR plates, including skirted and semi-skirted formats.
Each label integrates a flexible, passive UHF RFID inlay (Class 1, Gen 2) that conforms to curved plate surfaces and enables 360° scanning without requiring direct line-of-sight. Multiple plates can be scanned simultaneously, helping streamline workflows in high-throughput screening environments.
These thermal-transfer printable RFID labels are fully resistant to both 10% and 100% DMSO (18 hours) and are suitable for long-term storage in deep-freeze conditions. When printed with a recommended resin ribbon, the printed information remains durable and legible. The labels support real-time tracking and can be integrated with electronic witnessing systems and automated laboratory workflows to reduce errors and sample mix-ups.
